CANCELLED due to SNOW: Jan 19 – Squeezebox Stompers – SHOW IS CANCELLED

Squeezebox Stompers

With regret the New Moon volunteer leadership team has decided to cancel Saturday evening’s show. Please note: this show has been CANCELLED because of weather. The heavy snow forecast for Saturday evening will make it impossible for New Moon volunteers and audience members to travel safely to and from our venue. We are unable to predict or take responsibility for the condition of the parking lot and adjacent streetside parking as heavy snow is expected to accumulate rapidly during the evening.

We have sent individual emails to everyone who completed the reservation form, and we also sent an email to our e-newsletter list to inform everyone of this cancellation. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you will take some time to enjoy the Squeezebox Stompers’ music on YouTube. The Squeezebox Stompers play Cajun, Zydeco, New Orleans Mardi Gras Music, and Originals while touring throughout New England. Meet the Stompers – Ralph Tufo, Larry Plitt, Mike Migliozzi, Geoff Wadsworth, Andy Solberg, and Steve Latanision. We encourage you to attend their performance at Crossroads Coffeehouse in North Andover on Saturday, March 9, 2019.

In the meantime, please accept our apologies because we all really, really would have liked to be together on Saturday enjoying Cajun and Zydeco music, instead of dealing with what looks to be eight to twelve inches of heavy snow that will impede travel and keep our snow shovels busy. We hope everyone stays safe and warm on Saturday evening, January 19. (We will need to get out and shovel in the wee hours late Saturday night because temperatures will fall and by Sunday morning it will be like cement.) And we very much hope that our fickle New England weather will take a break so that we may enjoy live music together on the third Saturday in February.
